This unit is located at University Cottages just off of University Ave. We have application online with a $40 application fee. Each adult 18+ must fill out a separate application. Credit and background check required. Minimum credit score 650 or higher with good payment history. Income must be three times market rent. Students must have a guarantor due to lack of typical income.
