This 3 Bed/3 Bath unit is located just off of South Lamar. This brick units are perfect for a small family. Open floor plan for the kitchen and living area. Full bath located just off the hallway and two bedrooms with there own full private bathroom. We do allow pets with a non refundable pet fee on a case by case basis.
We have applications online with a $40 fee. Each adult 18+ must fill out a separate application. Credit and background check required. Minimum credit score of 650 or higher with good payment history. Income must be three times market rent. Students must have a guarantor due to lack of income.
